Job Description:

Lead the execution of a large-scale RTO Computerization Project as a seasoned Project Manager.

Ensure seamless data migration, maintenance of service-level agreements (SLAs), and successful e-Governance services delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end project delivery, guaranteeing smooth day-to-day functioning of RTO offices under the e-Governance model.
  • Handle escalations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction at various government levels.
  • Oversee data digitization, migration processes, and guarantee accuracy and security of migrated data.
  • Manage infrastructure, IT and non-IT assets supply, maintenance, and upgradation across all project sites.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs defined in government contracts and project guidelines.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for timely deliveries, AMC, installations, and issue resolution.
  • Align operations with government protocols and provide regular project reports, updates, and documentation.
