Desktop Support Specialist Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware.
• You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve problems, and provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
• The successful candidate will also install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software, manage and monitor desktop system performance, and perform hardware and software upgrades as well as security patches.
