Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Income Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively trading on our fixed income desk, capital markets, and managing proprietary trading activities in various fixed income instruments.

  • Be part of our dynamic trading environment, leveraging expertise in government bonds, Overnight Index Swaps (OIS), Interest Rate Futures (IRF), SDL, and Corporate bonds.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines and investment policies while building strong relationships with key stakeholders from the financial industry.
Candidate Profile

We require an MBA in Finance or Economics from a reputable institution, preferably with CA/CFA certification and an excellent academic record. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in INR Macro Trading and knowledge of Indian rates market.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in trading government bonds, OIS, and IRF.
  • Familiarity with CCIL applications including NDS-OM/TREPS/CROMS platform.
  • Strong understanding of Money Market and debt market along with regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation through SLR and Non-SLR trading.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and presentation skills.
