Key Role: Senior Statistical Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our statistical outputs.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing complex statistical analyses and programming solutions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects;
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends and best practices in statistical programming;
  • Serving as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior programmers;
  • Contributing to the development and revision of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • Promoting business development opportunities through participation in RFI completion, proposal development, and bid defense;

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in statistical programming, with a focus on SAS programming;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality statistical outputs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong knowledge of CDISC and other regulatory standards;
  • Excellent programming skills, with experience in developing and implementing complex statistical analyses and programming solutions;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
  • Ability to maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in statistical programming;
  • Knowledge of business development principles and practices;
  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development and revision;
  • Ability to promote business development opportunities through participation in RFI completion, proposal development, and bid defense;
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies;
