About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that reflect our brand identity, focusing on minimalism and modern aesthetics.

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design work and a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
