About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee project execution in diverse areas of technology and patent services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intellectual property, with a strong understanding of project requirements.

This role involves guiding team members on client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and meeting individual and project-level targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training and upskilling team members, providing feedback, and executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels. A strong understanding of confidentiality and decision-making skills based on experience, education, and project needs are essential.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality delivery, timely completion of tasks, and closure of any feedback received on the project.
  • Contributing to training/upskilling team members and providing in-depth feedback and feedforward as required.
  • Meeting individual and project-level targets, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external reports, and executing various processes and SOPs.
