Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

A highly skilled visual creative professional is required to craft high-impact ecommerce landing pages that drive engagement and increase conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will design and build page layouts that arrange text, images, and visual elements into compelling displays. This individual must collaborate with internal stakeholders, editors, and team members to ensure every page delivers a seamless and visually appealing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create page layouts for ecommerce landing pages to drive conversion rates and enhance user experience
  • Select and arrange text, images, graphics, and other visual elements to create a cohesive and engaging design
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes throughout the project
  • Utilize graphic design software and tools to create and edit visual content, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency
  • Handle revisions and feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and meet project goals

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in designing, preferably with ecommerce pages
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Excellent creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
