Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Opportunity
\The Professional Services team works closely with the sales department to develop solutions for clients and oversee the implementation and onboarding of new customers. This role is critical as it directly affects revenue and customer satisfaction.
\Main Responsibilities:
\- \
- Implement LeadSquared platform based on solution design\
- Design and implement integrations between LeadSquared and client's existing software ecosystem\
- Migrate data including cleansing, mapping, and validation of client data and digital assets\
- Configure LeadSquared platform according to client requirements and implement necessary customizations\
- Ensure customers go live within promised timeframes\
- Serve as technical point of contact for all implementation-related integrations and technical queries\
- Create technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks\
- Test implementations and integrations before go-live\
- Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting\
- Communicate technical progress and status updates to clients and stakeholders\
- Work with Product Development team for technical feedback and post-implementation reviews\
- Identify technical implementation processes that can be automated and work on automation solutions\
- Provide technical consultation for upsell/cross-sell opportunities\\
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology\
- 10+ years of experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products\
- Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred\
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment\
- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization\
- Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes\
- Understanding of SaaS application technical features and implementation challenges\
- Experience with web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.)\
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions\
- Basic scripting and automation skills\\
