SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance Specialist

SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist is sought to design, configure, and implement SAP GRC solutions ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of SAP GRC Access Control, SAP GRC Risk Management, SAP GRC Audit Management, and related modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations, strong knowledge of SAP Business Role Management, and proficiency in SAP reporting tools. They will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and IT teams to ensure SAP GRC solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.

• Implement role-based access control, segregation of duties, and emergency access management in SAP environments.
• Manage large, complex SAP GRC projects from inception to post-implementation support.

1. SAP GRC Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control (AC), SAP GRC Risk Management (RM), and SAP GRC Audit Management (AM).
• Define, configure, and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, access control mechanisms, and risk management workflows in SAP GRC solutions.

2. Access Control & Role Management:

• Design and implement role-based access control in SAP and SAP S/4HANA to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Configure and manage Access Control Rules, SoD Conflicts, Role Management, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).

3. Risk Management & Compliance:

• Assist in designing and implementing risk management frameworks and processes using SAP GRC Risk Management.
• Implement audit management and incident management solutions within SAP GRC to streamline internal audits and track non-compliance or risks.

4. Governance & Reporting:

• Develop and configure governance frameworks and reporting solutions to monitor risks, controls, and compliance activities within SAP.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards for senior management on governance, risk, and compliance activities.

5. Integration with Other Systems:

• Lead the integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Work with technical teams to configure and integrate SAP GRC solutions with SAP Solution Manager and other third-party risk management systems.

6. Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

• Identify areas of improvement in the GRC landscape and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, security, and compliance management.
• Lead the performance optimization of SAP GRC solutions.

7. Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP GRC solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance activities and apply patches and updates.

8. Training & Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for GRC implementations.
• Train end-users and internal teams on SAP GRC best practices.

9. Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal auditors, legal, and compliance teams.

Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing role-based access control, segregation of duties, and emergency access management in SAP environments.
• Experience in managing large, complex SAP GRC projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Role Management.
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools.

Certifications:

• SAP certification in SAP GRC is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications such as CISA or CISM are beneficial.

Problem Solving:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Project Management:

• Proven experience in leading SAP GRC projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
