Key Responsibilities
  • AI Development and Deployment: Design and implement real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Create low-latency features that enhance user interactions and drive business growth.
  • Develop end-to-end AI pipelines that yield outstanding results and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics for AI features and ensure seamless integration.
Technical Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python or similar languages, with a strong focus on clean code and maintainability.
  • Proven expertise in cloud environments and distributed systems, with a track record of successful deployments.
  • Proficiency in API design and generative AI frameworks, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to write scalable, efficient code that meets high standards.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring tools, ensuring seamless releases and minimal downtime.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the healthcare or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs, with a focus on enhancing user experiences.
