Job Description

As a seasoned QA professional, you will lead our automation and performance testing efforts, leveraging your expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to mentor and guide QA teams in implementing best practices and strategies.

With a proven track record of success in software testing, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. You will also develop and maintain automated tests using tools like Selenium and TestNG.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identifying and prioritizing testing needs. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to QA engineers on testing methodologies and tool usage.

  • Design and execute performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using tools like JMeter, Selenium, and TestNG.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide QA teams in implementing best practices and strategies.

• Expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Selenium, and TestNG.

• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to contribute to sprints and collaborate across teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
