Job Title: Network Operations Center Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team in monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in network monitoring tools such as Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, and Zabbix, as well as knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, and DHCP.

Additional skills in security tools like firewalls and IDS/IPS, as well as Eero, KMZ, and Salesforce, are highly valued.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring network performance and system alerts using various monitoring tools.
  • Analyzing network traffic patterns to identify potential issues.
  • Ensuring all systems and networks operate at peak performance levels.
  • Responding promptly to network incidents and alerts, working to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Documenting incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in detail.
  • Supporting the configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to coordinate responses to complex network issues.
