We are seeking a seasoned Business Tax Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

This role involves preparing and signing various tax forms, including 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 5471, 5472, and others. You will stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements, conducting comprehensive tax research and analysis as needed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients. This includes communicating clearly, being responsive to their needs, and delivering results that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and sign tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
  • Tax Planning and Advisory: Provide tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax optimization and cost-saving strategies.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. Generate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements using QuickBooks Online and Wave.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Enrolled Agent (EA)
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and signing various tax forms
  • Strong knowledge of business tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in tax planning and advisory services
  • Experience with bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
