Job Title:
Software Development Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Specialist to contribute to all stages of our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will analyze user requirements to define business objectives, envision system features and functionality, ensure application designs conform with business goals, develop and test software, identify and resolve technical issues arising, create detailed design documentation, propose changes to current infrastructure, develop technical designs for application development, and manage Java and Java EE application development.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, minimum 5 years experience in software development, strong knowledge of Java and Java EE technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
