Franchise Acquisition and Management Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective franchise acquisition and management strategies.
This includes developing and implementing strategies to onboard new franchisees, promoting our offerings to potential entrepreneurs and existing franchisees from competitors, and fostering strong relationships to encourage revenue generation and client traction.
Key Responsibilities- Registration, onboarding, and documentation of all franchisees
- Promotion of cross-selling of ABC products through strategic partnerships
- Development of business growth plans to achieve net revenue targets
Candidates should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.
