Mobile Applications Architect Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Architect Lead to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Communicate with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues related to the project.
  • Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams to visualize application structure and workflows, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs to support mobile applications and integrate with other systems.
  • Ensure the application architecture adheres to microservice principles to promote scalability and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven team environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development and backend services.
  • Provide technical leadership in the development process and contribute to technical strategy and planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and how they influence mobile app development.
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on mobile app development.
  • Proficiency in Flutter, Xamarin, React Native, and Kotlin.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
