Product Visionary Leader

Job Overview:

  • Drive Strategic Growth
    • Develop and execute product vision to align with business objectives.
    • Understand market trends and user behavior to craft strategies that address current challenges while anticipating future needs.

    • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
    • Ensure clarity of vision, scope, and timelines across product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Talent Development
    • Mentor and manage a growing team of product managers with 3-5 years of experience.
    • Foster a culture of high ownership, accountability, collaboration, and autonomy.
  • Client Partnerships
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex business needs through structured product thinking.
    • Translate client goals into actionable roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Deep understanding of project and product management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum).
    • Ability to translate abstract concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution plans.
  • Leadership Qualities
    • A proactive problem solver with a bias for action and strong sense of ownership.
    • Skilled at driving outcomes in ambiguous environments.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and drive decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8-12 years in product roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably from D2C/B2C background.
  • Prior experience working in product or delivery roles at tech services companies is strongly preferred.
