Lead Business Growth and Profitability

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the success of our Ed-tech firm. As Business Head, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Product Development: Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the P&L for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.

Industry Experience: Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
