AI Specialist Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI specialist to lead the development and deployment of intelligent systems that leverage Generative AI architectures.

You will be instrumental in building AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, task decomposition, and multi-modal interactions across various applications.

  • Design & Development:
  • Architect and deploy agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory, and self-refinement.
  • Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for specific tasks like text, image, or code generation.
  • Integrate multi-modal models for richer agent interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomy & Task Execution:
  • Build AI agents that can independently plan, execute, and monitor workflows across tools and platforms.
  • Develop agent memory, reflection, and context-awareness mechanisms.

Tooling & Frameworks:

  • Work with and contribute to agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom-built systems.
  • Optimize model performance using techniques like LoRA, RAG, distillation, and quantization.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to co-develop AI-first features and applications.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and help guide technical direction.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and modern LLM architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with transformers, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and chain-of-thought reasoning.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or integrate agent frameworks for automation and intelligent task handling.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and agent libraries like LangChain or CrewAI.
  • Deep understanding of vector databases, retrieval systems, and context enrichment strategies.
