Petrophysics Expert

The Senior Lead Petrophysicist will lead advanced reservoir evaluations across exploration, appraisal, and development wells, ensuring high-quality data acquisition.

This position involves the application of digital techniques to optimize reservoir understanding and investment decisions.

• We are seeking a highly skilled Petrophysicist to join our team in this key role.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of petrophysical principles and their application in oil and gas exploration.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading petrophysical activities and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical excellence.

1. Lead Petrophysical activities for exploration, appraisal, and development wells.
2. Design and oversee logging programs, including tool selection and real-time monitoring.
3. Conduct formation evaluation and integrate results into subsurface models and documentation.
4. Collaborate with drilling, geology, reservoir engineering, geophysics, and related teams to optimize data acquisition strategies.
5. Develop workflows for evaluating conventional, unconventional, and tight reservoirs.

Key qualifications include a strong background in Petrophysics, excellent communication skills, and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

• A BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field (Geology, Physics, Mathematics).
