Job Description

Tech Lead Data Specialist

At a leading organization, we seek an experienced Tech Lead to spearhead our data management initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee a team of developers, ensuring timely deliverables and fostering a culture of continuous learning.


This role requires expertise in SQL Server, query optimization, application data design, process management, and data modeling. Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and experience with Azure Databricks are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, including data cleaning and normalization.


The chosen individual will be responsible for leading data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. Experience with analytical tools like Python, R, and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy is necessary. A strong understanding of Power BI for data visualization, data modeling, and DAX queries is also required. Familiarity with industry best practices for Power BI and the ability to optimize existing implementations are equally important.


Able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, the Tech Lead will effectively interact with customers during project implementation. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are mandatory.


In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, commitment to ongoing education, and the ability to work with medium-complex data models. Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, is desirable.
