- Ensure qualified and competent manpower are assigned jobs and deployed at site.
- Coach and train OEs and AOM to improve their technical and operational capabilities.
- Ensure service SOP compliance and quality of service delivery by effective supervision of Team.
- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings of OEs/AOM and monthly operations meetings with Technicians.
Additionally, this role involves:
- Succession planning to ensure availability of qualified staff.
- Monitoring and maintaining material consumption, overtime hours, and chemical consumptions.
- Ensuring SHE golden rule, PN, SRA, and ATEX compliance in the branch.
To achieve these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
- 3-4 years of experience in operations of pest management or service industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Acting commercially to make viable decisions.
- Delivering results and achieving revenue targets.
- Managing self and others to drive growth and development.
- Displaying leadership skills to develop team members.
