Financial Operations Manager
\We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team in India.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and regulatory compliance of our Indian entity.
\This role combines ownership of financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, process improvement, and proactive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
\Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the monthly financial close process, preparing individual entity and group consolidated monthly management accounts, driving continuous improvement in the month-end close, conducting variance analysis between actuals and budgets, identifying anomalies, trends, and potential mispostings, and preparing internal month-end deliverables.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Indian regulatory and financial frameworks, as well as excellent Excel and financial modelling skills. They will also have experience with ERP systems and be able to handle competing pressures of immediate tasks alongside longer-term projects.
\In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams.
\This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves to achieve the goals of the finance team and wider business.
