We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations, configurations, and support of EPM solutions.


">Main Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.">
  • Configure and maintain EPM modules (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) to meet specific business requirements, leveraging best practices and Oracle-recommended methodologies.">
  • Design, develop, and manage data integration processes for EPM applications, including data loading, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.">
  • Develop and maintain customizations, including calculations, business rules, Groovy scripting (if applicable), and reports within the EPM Cloud environment.">
  • Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, present solutions, and provide regular project updates.">

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM consulting, with hands-on experience implementing and supporting EPM Cloud applications (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS).">
  • Deep understanding of EPM concepts, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reconciliation.">
  • Strong technical skills in EPM Automate, Smart View, and data management tools.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Strong client management skills and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.">
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, HCM) is a plus.">
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.">
