Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a world-class data engineering team
  • Champion data-driven decisions for feature identification, prioritization, and delivery
  • Manage multiple projects, including timelines, customer interactions, and feature tradeoffs
  • Design and architect internet-scale and reliable services
  • Communicate effectively with partner teams and stakeholders
  • Help shape our long-term architecture and technology choices across the full client and services stack
  • Mentor and grow other engineers to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Experiment with new technologies to simplify or improve the tech stack
  • Contribute to building an inclusive working environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 12+ years of experience in building enterprise-scale software/solutions
  • 3+ years of management experience leading a high-performance engineering team
  • Strong track record of designing and delivering distributed systems on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work, adapt to change, and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Prior experience as an engineering site leader
  • Proven track record of recruiting and scaling engineering organizations effectively
  • Familiarity with or experience working on CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of or previous experience in building Generative AI or Co-pilot experiences
