Façade Modeller

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D Modeler to join our team. As a 3D Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of façade systems and elements using SketchUp software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models of façade components using SketchUp.
• Interpret architectural drawings to build precise 3D models.
• Assist in preparing exploded views, conceptual visuals, and component-level visuals.
• Collaborate with designers to incorporate feedback and revisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SketchUp 3D modeling (preferably in the façade or architectural industry).
• Strong understanding of basic construction elements like curtain walls, ACP panels, glass fittings, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Eye for detail and proportion in visual output.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Interior Design.
• Certification in SketchUp is an added advantage.

Work Environment:
