Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional to shape our voice in India across internal and external communications. The successful candidate will craft compelling content, support campaigns and events, coordinate media/agency partners, and ensure messaging is consistent with our regional brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content for announcements, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and executive messaging.
  • Manage internal channels (newsletters, intranet, townhalls) to drive employee engagement and promote our values.
  • Support external communications—press materials, media coordination, campaign assets—to showcase our innovative spirit and commitment to sustainability.
  • Partner with business leaders to highlight innovation, customer impact, and the importance of environmental leadership.
  • Track coverage and campaign metrics; produce performance reports and learnings to inform future strategies.
  • Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide support on issues/crisis communications as directed by senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. A portfolio or writing samples would be advantageous.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
  • New graduates with excellent writing and initiative are welcome to apply.
