Job Overview

Our organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and presenting comprehensive financial reports, monitoring annual budgets, and ensuring timely submission of financial documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, analysing, and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents
  • Monitoring and controlling cash flow, working capital, and debt servicing
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Developing strategies to mitigate financial risks

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with strong knowledge of accounting standards, proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Professional certification in accounting or a related field (e.g. CA, CMA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in finance management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualisation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
