Job Opportunity

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing data management operations to ensure accurate and timely data processing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collection, collation, reconciliation, and uploading of client and policy data into the portal with 100% accuracy.
  • Responsible for gathering, storing, and preparing reports as per business requirements.
  • Develop reports based on business needs.
  • Maintain efficiency in Addition, Deletion, corrections in endorsement processes.
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis using Excel tools.
  • Provide intimation of Monthly data of clients to insurers post QC and calculation.
  • Follow up with insurers for closure of endorsements within required time frames.
  • Construct forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms.
  • Prepare and present reports monthly, quarterly, or as requested with specific issues, observations, or outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and mentoring.
  • Improve customer service and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
