Concept Artist Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to work as a Concept Artist on an exciting project. We are looking for talented individuals who can bring our ideas to life through their artistic skills.

As a Concept Artist, you will be responsible for creating concept art that meets the client's requirements and briefs. This includes:

  • Creating quick and detailed drawings and paintings of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles, and props.
  • Liaising with the production team regarding the project brief.
  • Researching concept subjects, styles, and genres.
  • Responding positively and proactively to feedback.
  • Continuing to develop concepts and designs throughout the production process.
  • Using traditional and technological approaches to create designs in 2D and 3D through drawing and painting.
  • Explain and pitch your ideas clearly to the design team and client.
  • Adapting and refining your work based on feedback.
  • Maintaining good communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in fine art or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop and other creative programs.
  • Bold and inspirational under tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and drive to succeed.
