Job Title: Ethics Compliance Manager

About the Role:

  • Oversee internal investigations into ethical breaches and misconduct, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Manage POSH compliance, including case handling and committee coordination, to ensure a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Develop and deliver ethics training programs across departments, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct, aligning them with regulatory requirements and organizational values.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values, fostering a cohesive approach to compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape organizational culture by embedding ethical principles into decision-making and leadership practices, driving a culture of integrity.
  • Monitor compliance trends, identifying emerging risks and proactively addressing them to maintain a strong compliance posture.
  • Advise senior leadership on ethical dilemmas and policy implications, providing informed guidance to drive strategic decisions.
