Job Title: .Net Application Support Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in .NET Core, strong C# and SQL database skills to fill the role of .Net Application Support Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of providing top-notch technical support and assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons for technical issues.
  • Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
  • Document troubleshooting guides and FAQs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and SQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps, and source control systems, like Git.
