Job Description:

- Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle EBS.

- Possess hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications.

- Demonstrate high self-motivation, attention to detail, and commitment with the ability to take initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership, and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.

- Possess good technical and functional knowledge of any two modules of Oracle Applications from GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, CE, iProcurement, and iExpenses.

- Derive resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in the procure to pay cycle.

- Ensure new services have a fully developed end-to-end support structure, including processes, SLAs, and KPIs commensurate with business requirements and priorities.

- Own the driving of major incidents and problem tickets, ensuring coordination with resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders, and post-incident review.

- Possess excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script.

- Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, WebADI.

- Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events, and Bursting.

- Oracle Database and Performance Tuning.

- Ability to work on Interfaces and Extensions.

- SCM tools - GitHub, JIRA.

- Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support key business processes and activities, including month-end and year-end support activities to business users.
  2. Partner with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
  3. Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents, and Unit test documents for the related areas.
  4. Manage technical teams to ensure performance-driven deliveries.
