Job Description:

IIHMR University seeks an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead, organise, and supervise all university examination-related processes. This key administrative position involves ensuring efficient and transparent examination operations, maintaining academic standards, and ensuring compliance with UGC and university guidelines.

The successful candidate will coordinate with academic departments, manage result processing, and oversee student record management. Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Execution: Plan and oversee all examination activities, including scheduling, communication, and adherence to the academic calendar.

Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with academic departments to ensure alignment with curriculum schedules and university policies.

Confidentiality and Security: Supervise the question paper setting and secure storage processes, maintaining strict confidentiality.

Distribution and Results: Organise secure distribution of question papers in accordance with university protocols and ensure accurate and timely processing of exam results, with a focus on data security and transparency.

Transparency and Compliance: Oversee the issuance of grade sheets, transcripts, and degree certificates, and maintain examination standards in compliance with UGC and any relevant regulatory guidelines for healthcare and management education.

Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic reviews and audits of examination procedures to ensure quality and integrity.

Team Leadership: Lead and support the examination office team, setting performance standards and ensuring training on updated examination protocols.

Resource Management: Manage the department's resources effectively to maintain smooth operations.

Grievance Handling: Address examination-related grievances, including re-evaluation requests and discrepancies, in accordance with university policy.

Innovation and Technology: Implement technology solutions to improve examination processes, such as online examination portals, digital evaluation systems, and automated result processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Organisation: Strong leadership, organisational, and administrative skills.

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in digital examination management systems and data security.

Academic Compliance: Knowledge of academic and regulatory compliance standards (UGC, relevant standards for healthcare and management education).

Communication and Problem-Solving: Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Time Management: Ability to perform well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.

Education and Experience:

- Ph.D. from a recognised university or equivalent qualification preferred.

- At least 8-10 years of experience in academic administration, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role managing examinations or student assessments.

- Demonstrated experience in handling examination cycles, from scheduling and administration to result processing and certification.

This role comes with an attractive salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum, offering a competitive package that reflects the responsibility and expertise required for this critical position.
