Interior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee interior projects from start to finish. As an Interior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Prepare quotes, review budgets, and track design changes and updates.
  • Client Communication: Coordinate client approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor settlements post-project completion.
  • Budget Analysis: Conduct budget analysis and ensure costs stay within limits.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in final billing and project account closure, as well as support project managers with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in interior execution or related fields is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
