We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Reporting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, leading internal control over financial reporting compliance, and performing analysis of accounts to ensure transparency in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies">
  • Lead Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance for specific areas to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively">
  • Perform analysis of accounts and highlight any discrepancies or anomalies for correction and serve as an escalation point or subject matter expert for the resolution of accounting transactions and reporting questions">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in general accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and processing of journal entries">
  • Must have experience in handling a team and record-to-report (R2R)">
  • Working knowledge in MS Office and SAP">
  • Knowledge of internal auditing and fraud prevention is preferred">
