As a creative agency, we cater to direct-to-consumer brands across various industries. Our team believes strong design plays a pivotal role in shaping a brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities:- Spends approximately 60% of time on branding & packaging design, including logos, typography, visual identity systems, and packaging layouts.
- Works on illustrations and creative assets to enhance brand storytelling.
- Designs social media creatives and campaigns (around 40% of work) that complement brand identity.
- Collaborates with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure visuals align with brand positioning.
- Strong portfolio in branding and packaging design (must-have).
- 1-2 years of experience in design.
- Experience with illustration and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Solid understanding of visual communication, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to interpret client briefs into creative, strategic design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus points for candidates with agency experience, especially with D2C brands, or those who enjoy working with small, like-minded teams.
