Fitness Club Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness club. As Director of Fitness Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, workshops, and activities that cater to diverse member interests and goals.

• Club Operations & Planning:
• Coordinate event execution, develop annual activity calendars, and track progress.
• Act as the point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• Team Management:
• Delegate, monitor, and evaluate team responsibilities, ensuring consistency in uniform policies and disciplinary actions.

• Budget & Resource Management:
• Assist in managing budgets, sponsorships, and resource allocation for events.
• Coordinate with management for necessary approvals or procurements.

• Membership Engagement:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for all members.
• Promptly address concerns, complaints, or suggestions, turning issues into opportunities to strengthen member relationships and improve services.

• Health, Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, including sanitation standards and emergency protocols.

• Program & Event Planning:
• Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events.
• Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings.
