Our team is seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to drive innovation in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML). Key responsibilities include rapidly prototyping novel architectures, adapter modules, and prompt-tuning strategies for various healthcare applications. This entails defining evaluation protocols, running ablation studies, and analyzing results to quantify improvements in accuracy, robustness, and domain generalization.

The ideal candidate will design and develop end-to-end proof-of-concepts (POCs) showcasing the translation of research breakthroughs into tangible gains on real-world healthcare datasets. Additionally, they will collaborate with NLP engineers and MLOps teams to hand off production-ready prototypes, present findings in regular research seminars, and contribute to internal or external publications.

Key qualifications for this role include model development and prototyping experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proficiency in working with NLP frameworks, deep learning libraries, and common data preprocessing techniques is also essential.
