Home-Based Occupational Therapist Role

Carely is a pioneering disability support platform dedicated to enhancing the lives of disabled children and young adults by providing accessible, high-quality care. We collaborate with skilled professionals to deliver compassionate, respectful, and effective therapies and services directly within clients' homes.

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Occupational Therapist partner to provide in-home therapy sessions for clients in their residences. This freelance opportunity allows for flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement between your availability and the family's needs.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferably with AIOTA certification)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in home environments

The Occupational Therapist will conduct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions, assess the child's functional needs, develop personalized therapy goals, create engaging activities, maintain session records, and communicate respectfully with families.
