We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Lead/Senior Appian Developer in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, with a proven track record of technical leadership and troubleshooting complex issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to a team of Appian developers, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Take ownership of complex technical issues related to Appian applications, from initial diagnosis to final resolution.
  • Solution Design & Strategy: Contribute to the design and architecture of new Appian solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with business analysts, operations, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design effective troubleshooting strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in technical troubleshooting and support, with a strong focus on Appian development and administration.
  • Proven hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting Appian applications.
  • Demonstrated previous leadership experience with the ability to guide a team, delegate tasks, and drive projects to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Appian Certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Lead Developer).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, with proven experience working in a Scrum framework.
