ERP Performance Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner or Neoload, and a solid understanding of ERP applications and their performance testing.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a seasoned performance testing professional who can develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices.
  • The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in performance engineering, with a strong focus on mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous build and test cycles is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create performance test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test execution, results analysis, and provide insight into potential performance issues and deliverables related to performance testing activities.
  • Develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices.
  • Provide input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of Performance Engineering experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tool(i.e. Loadrunner, Neoload)
  • Hand on ERP application Performance testing exp on ERP Applications
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
