Job Title: QA Automation Tester

Are you a skilled and experienced automation tester with a passion for delivering high-quality software products? Do you have a strong background in Python, Selenium, and BDD frameworks like SpecFlow/Behave? We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a QA Automation Tester.

As a QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end test activities, including test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution. You will cover various testing areas such as product test, integration test, technical test, and deployment test. Your expertise in designing and executing detailed functional test cases for complex requirements will be invaluable to our team.

Your extensive experience in QA automation for web applications, web services, and REST APIs using Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks will enable us to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively. Additionally, your strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and specialists. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and execute end-to-end test activities, including test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution.
  • Cover various testing areas such as product test, integration test, technical test, and deployment test.
  • Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks.
  • Perform web application, web services, and REST API automation testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.

**Mandatory Skills:**

  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
