Job Title: Senior Maximo Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maximo Technical Lead to join our dynamic software product development teams. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding the technical direction, development, and enhancement of our asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in implementing, customizing, and developing solutions within IBM Maximo.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical artifacts.
  • Collaborate with product managers and senior stakeholders to define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Spearhead the design and development of innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and meet project goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.
  • Oversee testing activities, including integration and system tests, to ensure the solutions meet rigorous quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of solid experience in technology, with a core focus on IBM Maximo development and implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing software development teams.
  • Proficiency in Java / JavaScript, DB2 /Oracle, and familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker, SQL, AWS / Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Maximo Integration Framework, both in configuration and customization.
  • Proven track record in Agile Product Development and SDLC.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
  • A technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in PaaS environments (AWS or MS Azure).
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with MAX 8.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps).
