Job Role: Placements Head

The role oversees the entire placement process for non-EB policies, ensuring timely execution of RFQs and policy placements.

  • Manage a team of placement managers/executives to drive productivity and quality delivery.
  • Build strategic partnerships with insurance companies for obtaining RFQs and competitive quotations.
  • Oversee end-to-end placement operations including policy placement, post-placement servicing, claims handling, and employee enrolments/deletions in non-EB policies.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of reports and compliance-related documentation.
  • Lead claims scrutiny and resolution processes to deliver efficient client servicing.
  • Represent the placement team in high-level client interactions, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any stream (insurance qualifications preferred).
  • Experience: 8–12 years in insurance placement/servicing with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or team handling role.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Property, Fire, Engineering, and other insurance products.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving high productivity and quality delivery.
  • Client Management: Excellent client engagement skills with experience in CXO-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic Mindset: Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about creating long-term business impact.
