Software Architect/Manager

As a Software Architect/Manager at Edgeverve, you will be part of a dynamic team that works on complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces for our clients using emerging technologies. Your role will involve creating, maintaining, auditing, and improving systems to meet specific needs, often as advised by a systems analyst or architect. You will be responsible for testing both hard and software systems to diagnose and resolve system faults, writing diagnostic programs, and designing and writing code for operating systems and software to ensure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces using cloud native architecture.
- Work on large-scale digital platforms and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to development squads in terms of design, reusability, performance, and implementing best practices.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging and root cause analysis as needed.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, preferably AWS certified.
- Proficient in AWS Lambda functions and best practices, thorough knowledge of Python and Lambda mappings, GraphQL, and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Python, creating POCs, foundation frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
