Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust Core Java applications, architecting and optimizing scalable RESTful APIs, and driving performance tuning, memory management, multi-threading, and concurrency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of robust Core Java applications that meet the needs of our users.
  • API Architectures: Architect and optimize scalable RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Performance Tuning: Drive performance tuning, memory management, multi-threading, and concurrency improvements to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases for large-scale datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Data Analytics: Build and lead data analytics pipelines to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data, enabling informed decision-making.
  • AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI/ML models into production systems to enable intelligent automation and predictive capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Core Java Expertise: Expert-level Core Java (collections, streams, concurrency, JVM internals)
  • Spring Boot and Microservices: Proven experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed system architectures
  • Database Skills: Advanced database skills - schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka), caching (Redis), and big data frameworks (Spark)
  • AI/ML Lifecycle: Proficiency in AI/ML model lifecycle - development, training, deployment, and inference
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools
  • Cloud-Native Architectures: Understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines
