Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

A Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled professional responsible for developing innovative and diverse visual solutions for client briefs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in design, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing campaign materials, including print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and strategists to brainstorm and push boundaries in creative problem-solving.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency and alignment with project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Present ideas and work to stakeholders and decision makers, clearly articulating the value proposition of each project.
  • Manage successful completion of all integrated creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.
  • Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines, showcasing attention to detail and creativity.
  • Implement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with client expectations, fostering strong relationships and open communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, Figma.
  • A well-curated work portfolio that showcases your design expertise and creativity.
  • Experience presenting work to clients at meetings and receiving feedback, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing teams that handle high-volume requests, demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
