As a patient counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch medical services and research opportunities to patients.

• Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, packages, financials, and post-treatment care with empathy and clarity.
• Handle patient inquiries, convert them into registrations/bookings, and maintain follow-ups for timely decision-making and admissions.
• Explain treatment options and facilities in a clear and empathetic manner to ensure informed patient choices.
• Maintain seamless patient coordination with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets set by management while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient awareness and reach.

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Healthcare or Management.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling, preferably in a healthcare/hospital background.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients.
• Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude to achieve counselling and conversion targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
