Senior Leadership Role in Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) team, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to identify emerging demands, execute operational projects, and optimize workflows.
  • Coordinate with talent acquisition teams to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-level dashboards with accuracy, providing insights into key performance indicators.
  • Chair regular meetings with stakeholders, publish meeting minutes, and track progress against established goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Drive business decisions and compliance, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience in PMO, with a focus on strategic leadership and team development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with expertise in data analysis and presentation design.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience working with IT services companies, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and market trends.
